REIACT Awards for Excellence · 2026
Agent Team won the 2026 Marketing and Communications Award at the Real Estate Institute of the ACT's Awards for Excellence, and was named a finalist for the Innovation Award in the same year.
This page sets out what we submitted, why it won, and what any of it actually means if you are the one selling a home in Canberra.
Announced at the REIACT Awards for Excellence, 2026
01
Two results in the same year, both awarded to the agency rather than to any one agent.
02
Most real estate marketing sells the agent. Ours was built to answer the questions a seller has months before they are ready to pick up the phone.
People do not decide to sell in a single moment. They think about it quietly for a long time, and they hit the same questions in the same order. What is it worth. What should I fix first. Do I sell before I buy. What does it cost. What if I get it wrong.
Almost nobody gets to ask those questions without a sales conversation attached. So we built something that answers them anyway, in plain language, with no obligation to use us at the end of it. That was the submission.
03
The Innovation finalist entry was the same principle, pointed at buyers as well as sellers.
Buyers who do not understand the process make slower, more nervous decisions. They skip building reports, misread contracts and hesitate when they should act. That costs the buyer, and it costs the seller on the other side of the deal.
So we built a free course for buyers too. It is the only education system of its kind run by a Canberra agency, and it is one of the quieter reasons our sellers get clean, confident offers rather than tentative ones.

An award says the industry rates how we work. What matters to a homeowner is what happens once we are running their campaign.
